The brand is Tidebar, the Company is ZOVOO and this is the Icewave T600 disposable vape review.

Icewave T600 disposable vapesConfused? I know am.

Of course we’re more than familiar with ZOVOO here at Ecigclick. We’ve looked at various disposables such as the Dragbar R6000, Z700 and B5000 not to mention the Vincibar F600.

ICCPP is the parent Company of Icewave, Zovoo and Voopoo. They’ve had years of experience in powerful technology.

They may originate in the US but Icewave are ripping up the disposable vape scene right now in the UK with two products specifically designed for these TPD regulated shores.

Icewave logoIn fact with flavours influenced by regional taste, it seems they know exactly what we like here in good ‘ole Blighty.

By combining aesthetics with performance and value, Icewave provide vapers globally with the ultimate vaping experience.

Is that the case with the new Icewave T600 disposable vapes?

To find out more visit the Icewave website!

What Can We Expect From the Icewave T600 Disposable Vapes?

Aesthetics and appearance certainly do come into play with the Icewave T600 disposables. I’ve never seen anything quite like it!

In all honesty my first thought was, ‘these are damaged goods’ but on closer inspection that’s not the case at all.

Icewave T600 hand check picNo portfolio of images can actually do the disposables any real justice – the more I studied them, the more I was reminded of a block of ice.

..Makes sense.

It’s classed as an all in one electroplated texture with a liquid metallic appearance. You certainly can’t see where the manufacturing process starts or ends and I have to say – I’m very impressed.

Totally unique and innovative where it comes to design. Nice one!

As I’ve already stated, the T600 disposables are TPD compliant so that means 2ml of E-liquid hopefully lasting for anything up to 600 puffs.

The E-liquid contains 20mg salt nicotine making it perfect for the casual vaper and especially beneficial to those making the transition across from cigarettes.

For those working on reducing nicotine content there doesn’t appear to be any alternative strengths at this time.

It’s powered by a 500mAh integrated battery and an upgraded 1.4ohm resistance mesh coil designed to deliver a longer lasting and fresher taste.

Icewave T600 featuresAs with all disposable vapes the Icewave T600 is ready to vape straight out of the box. Simply point the mouthpiece to the lips and inhale. Auto draw = happy vaping!

Expect a decent MTL (Mouth To Lung) vape that replicates the draw from a cigarette.

Ten flavours have been released and yes, they may well be familiar. That’s because each one is highly popular with UK audiences. I’m looking at eight of them today but not just for flavour.

I’m looking to see how well that upgraded mesh coil performs over the course of its use. And of course, are 600 puffs a realistic proposition?

Tropical Fusion

Tropical FusionIcewave Says:

This unique blend is a tantalizing symphony of tropical fruits, combining the sweet, ripe notes of Pineapple, the lush creaminess of Coconut, and the tangy zest of citrus, creating a vaping experience that’s both luxurious and refreshing.

I say:

This is a very pleasant blending of exotic fruits. I feel transported to a remote tropical Island, swinging in a hammock, casually vaping while beady eyed Parrots chirp in my lugs!

It’s a very refreshing taste and not too intense either.

The Pineapple tastes lush, laced with a hint of Coconut that returns later in the vape – resting on the tip of the tongue.

There’s an equal blend of citrus and sweetness. Nothing’s overdone. The ratio is in perfect harmony with the flavour.

What’s more important is that the cooling effect doesn’t distract too much. Yes, it does still leave a slight stinging on the roof of the mouth but that’s allayed by vaping less frequently.

Something that’s hard to do with a tropical treat such as this.

Blue Razz Ice

Blue Razz iceIcewave Says:

This tantalizing blend combines the bold, sweet punch of ripe Blue Raspberries with the zesty zing of freshly squeezed Lemonade.

I Say:

I’m not getting it.

The Raspberries are sweet and candy like here but the Blueberry is ruining my taste experience.

It’s producing the same noxious after taste that I always seem to encounter wherever it’s included.

There’s plenty of sweetness and tart like qualities to offset this taste issue but never enough to mask the general effect.

And the vape does have a drier quality as a result, so Blue Razz Ice doesn’t particularly fall under the drinks based category for me, personally.

That’s taking into account the soothing chill of the inhale.

Of course, taste is subjective. If you’re a fan of Blueberry vapes there’s every chance you’ll be screaming with disagreement.

But you may also be agreeing there’s not enough Raspberry. Horses for courses.

Blue Razz Ice isn’t for me, I’m afraid.

Blueberry

Blueberry

Icewave Says:

A sweet and tangy symphony that bursts with the essence of freshly picked, plump Blueberries. The luscious, natural sweetness is perfectly balanced with a hint of tartness, creating a harmonious blend that captures the very essence of this beloved berry.

I Say:

I’m not a fan. It’s not a reflection of the flavour quality – I just can’t get on too well with Blueberry vapes.

This version does nothing to change my mind.

The taste is somewhat improved with added sweetness but I still get that ammonia riddled after taste. It also permeates through the bulk of exhale.

It just doesn’t remind me of Blueberry at all – and I actually like the fruit itself.

There is a slight candy like edge at the beginning of the vape and to an extent it’s also relatively dry tasting compared to some of the others.

It is a shame. The Koolada is actually very nicely applied to this one.

Pink Lemonade

Pink LemonadeIcewave Says:

This delightful concoction combines the zesty, sun-ripened flavour of Lemons with the indulgent, fruity sweetness of Red Berries, resulting in a mouth-watering and invigorating vaping experience.

I Say:

It’s more about the Lemonade with this than anything else.

And it may just be my particular taste buds but I’m also picking out Oranges too. Nothing too obvious but they seem to be in there somewhere alongside the citrusy theme of this one.

Sweetness levels are at a premium here, blending and harmonising quite well.

I’m definitely reminded of a drinks based flavour and the taste is refreshing enough.

It’s just a shame I don’t really pick out much in the way of any Red Berries. At least the vape isn’t dry – I’ve noticed that with some Pink Lemonades of late.

Pink Lemonade is a perennial vape. Worth chugging on all year round.

Strawberry Banana

Strawberry BananaIcewave Says:

This flavour is a marriage of ripe, succulent Strawberries and creamy, tropical Bananas, delivering a vaping experience that’s both velvety and sweet.

I Say:

A very nice fusion of fruity flavour!

The foam sweet Banana is the leading player in this one and obviously tinged with a sugary sweetness felt throughout exhale.

So it doesn’t particularly remind me of a natural, tropical tasting Banana but is still very flavoursome and you’re left with no doubt as to what you’re tasting.

However, the Strawberry feels quite muted by comparison – I’m not keen on having to search out the flavour but that’s the case here.

As a result the bendy yellow fruit is top heavy, leaving little breathing space for any succulence to that Strawberry.

However flavour is highly consistent all the way through and I think the sweetness levels are on point with Strawberry Banana.

The icy cold nature of the inhale helps to liven the mix.

I think it should be renamed Banana Strawberry, though.

Kiwi Passionfruit Guava

Kiwi Passionfruit GuavaIcewave Says:

This exquisite blend combines the lush sweetness of ripe Kiwi, the exotic allure of Passion Fruit, and the tropical tang of Guava, resulting in a vaping experience that’s nothing short of paradise in a bottle.

I Say:

Quite possibly the best out of the bunch!

Icewave have packed a lot of flavour into this and it’s clear from the first exhale.

To begin with there’s a tangy sourness on the inhale, absorbed by a bucketful of ice.

It sets the stage quite nicely – almost a build up to what’s going to follow.

That tanginess continues through as the Kiwi and Guava are unleashed onto the taste buds. It’s a marriage of tropical flavour, sweetness and with a touch of sourness thrown in for good measure.

There’s a very juicy, succulent quality to the vape that I thoroughly enjoy. It’s not a wetness either – just a successful attempt at blending these exotic fruits.

I don’t pick out a great deal of the Passionfruit. No reflection on Icewave though as it always seems to be included with more dominant fruits no matter who’s creating them.

Not that I’m fussed. There’s a veritable explosion of fruity goodness to be found in this one and I’m finding it hard to put down!

The ice cold theme is just the tonic needed to deliver an already impressive flavour experience.

Lemon Lime

Lemon LimeIcewave Says:

This exhilarating flavour combination brings together the bright and sunny essence of Lemons and the tangy, refreshing kick of Limes, creating a vibrant and thirst-quenching symphony of taste.

I Say:

Ooh! There’s a very sharp, citrusy build up on the inhale with Lemon Lime. It’s usually the case but I’m always thrown by it. I never really expect it.

Here, the intensity levels are quite high because it doesn’t take long for the icy cold blast to join in, searing the back of the throat. In a good way though because this flavour profile almost demands the sensation.

That’s a personal opinion, of course. There may be an audience that finds it slightly obtrusive, I guess.

Thereafter and throughout exhale it is flavour, flavour, flavour all the way!

If you’re looking for a tasty Summer vape look no further. The fusion of Lemon and Lime is on point and those juicy, succulent qualities are on show from the get go.

The sweetness of the vape concentrates itself on the ‘ole taste buds to add to the experience and there’s a richness to the flavour that’s consistent throughout.

This one deserves a slow, enjoyable exhale. That’s how I got the best results.

Strawberry Kiwi

Strawberry KiwiIcewave Says:

This flavour combines the sweet, sun-ripened essence of Strawberries with the tangy, refreshing notes of Kiwi, resulting in a symphony of fruity delight that’s both invigorating and satisfying.

I Say:

That’s much better in terms of the Strawberry content.

It works more effectively here than it does with Strawberry Banana. In fact it’s a very good blend because the Kiwi notes are able to filter through on the exhale almost as much.

So we get all the sweetness generated from the Berries and a few bitter back notes from the Kiwi.

All the while, both flavours are easily distinguishable. I like that.

To be quite honest, Strawberry Kiwi is actually the sweetest vape out of the bunch tested.

That can usually pose a problem if the intensity levels are too high but here, it complements the overall flavour experience so no issues in my humble opinion.

The cooling agent is also on par. It doesn’t leapfrog over the fruits and adds further refreshment to an already enjoyable vaping experience.

Quality blending.

Battery Performance and Number of Puffs

The Blue LED on the base of the disposable will slowly blink ten times when the battery has run out.

In my case it took a whopping 10 hours before this happened.

Now I’m a very frequent vaper and MTL inhales can last for anything up to 3 seconds. So to say I’m impressed with the performance of the battery would be something of an understatement.

I average around 72 vapes per hour. You can do the maths on that. 720 puffs is a fantastic figure to achieve from a 500mAh battery.

So let’s put it this way. You are guaranteed 600 puffs with the Icewave T600 disposable vape.

Definitely one of the most reliable disposables when it comes to battery performance across the number of hours used.

Final Review Verdict

There were a few occasions where the inhale felt unusually wet. As though the coil was lacking in terms of power. This would usually occur around the mid-point of use then inexplicably disappear. So nothing of any major concern.

As for flavour. It was very good. OK, there were a few where the blending felt slightly off but generally speaking you know exactly what you’re getting.

Lemon Lime, Strawberry Kiwi and Tropical fusion were my stand out profiles. I thought they were presented better than the majority I’ve tried in disposable format.

Not too sweet, but citrusy, tangy and sour where it mattered. Enough to carry substantial backing and clout to the mix. All good stuff.

The MTL effect was also spot on. Just the right airflow restriction and as a result, vapour production in league with that of cigarette smoke.

So the auto draw functionality was also reliable throughout use.

Yes, these are familiar and very popular flavours here in the UK but there’s one redeeming quality the Icewave T600 has over many, many disposables on the market…

…Battery life and consequent number of puffs!

A – mazing!

Today I’m taking a gander at the brand new Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposable vapes.

Dragbar BF600 disposable vapes2022 was a very busy and highly significant year for Zovoo. They scooped 12 prestigious vape industry awards for their disposable vape brand, the Dragbar.

They were also runners up for best disposable vape brand in our 2022 Ecigclick Awards.

Best disposable vapes 2022

Fun fact – Zovoo have currently won as many awards as they have Dragbar releases. Not bad at all, is it.

zovoo-brand-recognitionAs sister brand to Voopoo, their belief is in adhering to ‘user focus’. By adopting pioneering technologies they’ve become an industry leading vape manufacturer. With interests in the US, European, Southeast Asian and UK marketplaces.

We’ve already looked at the ergonomic Dragbar 600 and party favourite Dragbar 600S.

Zovoo show no signs of stopping with their latest release, the Dragbar BF600.

So let’s give it the once over, shall we?

Visit the Zovoo Website for more info!

What Can We Expect From the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 Disposable Vapes?

zovoo dragbar bf600 banner

Appearance

Take a look at the piccy below.

Although the form factor is far from new, the BF600 has got to be one of the most dinkiest disposables currently on the market. I mean – can they really get any smaller!?

Zovoo Dragbar BF600 size comparison to hand
Big shovels or small disposable? You decide.

There’s no weight to the Dragbar BF600. Although it has a glossy mouthpiece and base, the main body has a reassuringly grippy texture when held in the hand.

And it’s perfectly contoured in all the right places to provide additional comfort. You won’t be noticing this when placed in a trouser or shirt pocket, put it that way.

Compact and slim, the Dragbar BF600 is a stealth vapers dream come true.

.. I’m putting my hand up! lol

Zovoo Dragbar BF600 slim design
Zovoo’s flagship small disposable vape

It comes inside a carton, lovingly protected by a plastic sealing bag to retain flavour freshness and Zovoo have thoughtfully provided an instruction/safety leaflet too.

Not to suggest you’re unfamiliar with disposables for one minute but if you’re new to this range, don’t forget to remove the sticker on the base. Otherwise you won’t be getting one vape let alone 600..

Features

Expect anything up to 600 puffs thanks to the built in 500mAh battery. All flavours contain a TPD compliant 20mg (2%) level of salt nicotine, ideal for the newer vaper coming off the cigs.

Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposable promo bannerSalt nicotine provides a smooth hit and gets delivered into the bloodstream very rapidly. Those cravings will instantly be crushed – If you’re anything like me, especially handy first thing in the morning!

2ml of flavoured E-liquid is included. If you’re a casual vaper, the Dragbar BF600 is likely to last for up to 2 days. Again, if you’re anything like me – half a day!

Here comes the techy stuff.

The disposable uses an upgraded 1.3ohm mesh coil. Ideal for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping.

It’s been designed to revolutionise how we perceive traditional disposables. That’s because Zovoo assures us of an increase in flavour consistency of up to 500%, a 45% improvement to flavour reproduction and a puff count boost of 30%.

Zovoo Dragbar BF600 mesh coil bannerIt all sounds very official, doesn’t it. White lab jackets, glasses and computer screens spring to mind. The proof is in the performance so I won’t be needing any of the above!

The Dragbar BF600 is available in 15 flavours ranging from fruit, tobacco and candy style vapes. Each one is colour coded to reflect the flavour inside. Nice touch, Zovoo.

Specifications

  • Dimensions: 38.3 x 16.8 x 55.2mm

  • Activation: Auto draw

Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposable vape specsThe device is ready to use straight out of the box.

OK then. Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. What is the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 like for flavour, consistency, vapour production, MTL draw, battery performance and number of puffs?

As for flavour – well that’s going to come down to my own interpretation. Use my thoughts as a rough guide. As for the rest? Take that to the bank.

I couldn’t glean any flavour descriptions from t’internet so I’m going in naked. Well not really naked. Blindfolded sounds much better..

Rainbow Blast

Rainbow BlastI Say:

This is quite a delightful concoction of fruity, sweet type flavours. I’m sure I can pick out some back notes of Bubblegum too.

There’s definitely a mixture of Orange, maybe a touch of Lime and just a hint of Lemon. All of which is experienced by this most flavoursome of exhales.

I think running through the centre there’s an underlying theme of Strawberry but to be honest it’s rather faint. Very much subdued by everything else this vape has to offer.

It’s sweet enough without being too obtrusive to the taste buds as well.

A very different experience, it has to be said. Almost like chewing down on various flavoured Opal Fruits / Starburst at the same time.

Rainbow Blast is a vape that could do without the addition of Koolada, but of course you may disagree.

Cherry Cola

Cherry ColaI Say:

I get a strong aroma of Cola when removing the silicone mouthpiece. I can almost smell the sweetness, if that makes any sense.

Indeed Cherry Cola ramps up sweetener to the max and is noticeable from the very first inhale. It’s far too much for me to personally handle – were this a candy, my teeth would be rotting within days!

But underneath this excess lies a smooth exhale and the Cola isn’t too bad at all. In fact it’s quite refreshing.

However, I’d think again if you were expecting the perfect blending with Cherry because it’s just too distant to be of value here.

At least it’s not missing the icing – or should I say ice. The cooling aspect of the vape is spot on to deliver a refreshing enough drinks inspired flavour profile.

So to summarise, think Cola and Ice. There’s very little Cherry to get excited about.

Blueberry Raspberry

Blueberry RaspberryI Say:

Oh dear – this one doesn’t translate the way I was hoping.

There’s nothing predominantly wrong with the flavour output but I was expecting it to be more intense than it actually is.

The Raspberries are quite sweet tasting and the Blueberries do provide a tangy edge to the exhale. It just seems to be lacking that certain sparkle, clearly present in others tested.

Flat tasting would be a way of describing it and the addition of an icy cold inhale does little to liven up this mix.

In fact the Koolada is actually unbalanced, in my opinion as a direct consequence.

The aftertaste isn’t all that inspiring either, but remember these are my taste buds we’re referring to. It may not be an issue for you, should you decide to partake.

Maybe it’s the tart like qualities I’m missing but Blueberry Raspberry isn’t a vape I think I’d come back to time and again.

Vanilla Cream Tobacco

Vanilla Cream TobaccoI Say:

Not bad. There’s no mention in the flavour description about nutty tones but they are in there.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this is an accurate portrayal of a Tobacco based vape because it clearly isn’t. And never will be – all the time Koolada is continuously added.

The chill to the throat, the searing quality felt on the tonsils don’t exactly belong and most certainly dilute the main ingredients.

So the flavour notes are a mix between an exotic tasting cigar and high quality hand rolled Tobacco. Except they’re extremely tamed in this version. Vanilla notes definitely fall flat with me and there’s little in the way of a creamy texture.

Of course we get the obligatory woody back notes and associated dryness but never the sweetness of the leaf.

And I think that’s what I miss from Vanilla Cream Tobacco. Admittedly this is an alternative take but it’s one that would’ve succeeded more without the cooling agent.

Pink Lemonade

Pink LemonadeI Say:

What came first. The Strawberry or the Lemonade? That’s a difficult question to answer because the two have been so finely blended.

After hoovering up the sweeter elements of the vape during inhale, I’m treated to a veritable flavour fest on the way out. And it never lets up. The consistency is there from start to finish.

The exhale is a silky smooth affair too which adds further to the enjoyment. I’m so hard pressed in deciding which is more dominant.

The two work so well together it almost seems a futile observation but it might just be the bitterness behind that Lemon.

It’s a show stopper and really does help to up the ante on flavour replication.

So sweetness on the inhale, flavour blending on the exhale and a tangy after taste to delight the palate.

Zovoo have dotted all the ‘i’s’ and crossed all the ‘t’s’ with their version of Pink Lemonade and I for one, am smitten with it.

Triple Melon

Triple MelonI Say:

Nice flavour, shame about the dryness.

Triple Melon could also maybe have done with a touch more sweetener. I’m never happy, Am I? lol

Yet Zovoo have done a fine job with their rendition of Melon. It’s not the traditional, oily and synthetic version oft residing in disposable format. This one comes across as more subdued but without loss to flavour quality.

In other words it’s consistent across the whole of the exhale. As that exhale develops some bitterness is released which is highly satisfying considering the constraints of this humble MTL coil.

The secret must lay with that updated mesh coil, demonstrating its enhanced qualities.

So yeah, a tad on the dry side but the musky, earthy properties of melon are in abundance.

I’ve tasted far worse Melon vapes in disposable form and the icy cold blast of Triple Melon keeps things chugging along nicely so fair play, Zovoo.

Dragbull Ice

Dragbull IceI Say:

No guesses as to what this one’s supposed to be. Think Red Bull but in a more concentrated form.

I don’t know about you but I think there’s plenty ’nuff flavour in the actual drink itself. So why disposable manufacturers insist on enhancing it further – I’ll never know.

It tends to be the Liquorice part of the ingredients that get targeted. There’s also a little too much sweetener but that’s just a personal belief.

The citrus notes are scorching hot and the tanginess goes through the roof. To exaggerate things further, the icy cold blast of the inhale becomes intense and stingy all too soon.

At the end of the day, I guess this is the inherent nature of the beast with disposables but Dragbull elevates flavour to a level beyond my taste bud’s limits, I’m afraid.

Having said all this if you’re a fan of the popular energy drink by all means give it a look. It might be right up your vape street.

Green Apple Ice

Green Apple IceI Say:

As green as a green Apple gets! It’s sweet, it’s juicy and it’s tasty.

A lot of that sweetness gets drawn up during the inhale and disperses nice and evenly on the way out to provide a very pleasant boost to the crunchy fruit.

Green Apple Ice is a highly concentrated affair but that only adds to the acidic feeling lining the mouth after biting down onto a ripe Granny Smiths.

I’d even go as far as saying it’s a mouth watering vape. If I’m honest, this has always been my favourite type of Apple and Zovoo have done a fine job of replicating the experience in a disposable.

Tart when it needs to be, aromatic when vaped through the ‘ole nostrils.

This is one occasion where the Ice actually helps to bolster what is already a flavoursome and moreish vape treat.

.. Can you tell I like this one?

Battery Performance and Number of Puffs

I got 6 hours continuous use from the Zovoo Dragbar BF600. That’s pretty much what I expected. The majority of the time I was RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) vaping. Not necessarily how these disposables should be used but if I can get away with it, that’s how I roll.

Longer direct lung pulls have an impact on the puff count as opposed to shorter MTL hits. I averaged around 450 puffs so if Zovoo’s suggestion is to MTL Vape then I’d suggest 600 to be quite realistic.

What I can be accurate about is battery performance. It’s flawless. Each vape was as flavoursome and consistent as the last. That was the case right up till the end when the tiny Blue LED on the base flashed 10 times.

I reckon the device will last the average vaper at least a day, maybe day and a half.

Final Review Verdict

Two words best describe the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposables. Flavour consistency.

You’ll get that every time. From the moment you crack them open to the very last vape. There’s no sudden wetness or dryness if left for short periods – trust me – I have noticed that with other disposables on occasion.

Neither will you need to worry about impending dry hits as the battery fails. It just doesn’t happen. That comes down to a combination of coil resistance and battery performance.

The upgraded mesh coil seems to deliver the goods, unwaveringly. So no complaints from moi!

Vapour production is as the design. Suitably stealth like and if you’re anything like me, the temptation to vape in places you really shouldn’t can be too strong lol

If anything cloud production is more akin to a thin rolled up cigarette, especially if MTL vaping is your thang.

Airflow – I did find that to be a bit ‘spongy’ in terms of a MTL vape.

I’m not quite sure why that was but there seems to be a slight bottleneck while inhaling. Nothing major but enough for me to revert to my usual RDL style of vaping. The Dragbar BF600 is very forgiving in that respect.

So to summarise, some of the flavours didn’t particularly float my boat but in terms of performance the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 goes from strength to strength.

Long may that continue.

Today I’ve got my sausage fingers on the latest Zovoo DragBar Z700 SE disposable vapes.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 SE main pic2022 turned out to be a highly successful year for Shenzhen based Zovoo. They scooped up runner up for best disposable vape in the Ecigclick Awards 2022.

Best disposable vapes 2022

Given such fierce competition from the likes of Elfbar, IVG and Innokin I’d say that’s no mean feat!

Their success can in no small part be put down to a ‘user focused’ brand philosophy. Zovoo are very much in touch with what the end user craves.

Research and development is also vital to Zovoo and efforts are constantly being made to push vaping technology forward.

2022 was the year of the DragBar and it arrived in various guises. We had the DragBar 600, 600s, F600, R6000 and Z700 GT, voted Best Disposable by VAPEHK.

Heading into 2023 the series shows few signs of dwindling as we pay closer attention to the DragBar Z700 SE.

What Can We Expect From the Zovoo DragBar Z700 SE?

At the time of writing, information was scarce. There isn’t any information accessible from the official Zovoo website.

From what I can make out the DragBar Z700 SE looks pretty much identical to its predecessor the Z700 GT with one noticeable exception.

Zovoo DragBar Z700 SE hand check imageThe mouthpiece is now transparent meaning all remaining e-juice can be viewed. We’ve seen this done before with the likes of the IVG Calipro disposable vapes.

So the size, shape and weight appears identical. The post nominal letters no doubt place a firmer emphasis on the GENE TREE Special Edition ceramic core technology.

Tightened regulation within the vaping industry has introduced greater pressure on vape manufacturers. Harm reduction is now very much centre focus with regulators calling for further innovation to achieve the original value of alternative tobacco products.

That’s where the GENE TREE comes in.

Zovoo Gene Tree technology bannerZovoo have partnered with Voopoo to develop a nano Microcrystalline core, ceramic in material that eradicates the powder residue often found to deposit over time on standard coils.

Because ceramic is able to withstand higher temperature, the GENE TREE coil tech is able to eliminate spitting, popping or leakage into the mouthpiece. Since the aerosol particulates (cloudage to you and I) are smaller there’s a 36% increase to vapour density.

..More plumage, if you like.

No spitting or popping with the Zovoo Gene Tree ceramic core techIn turn with faster and more even heating, flavour continues to be enhanced without impacting battery consumption. In this respect, 700 puffs should be a realistic figure from the integrated 380mAh battery.

That’s an increase of 100 puffs over rival disposable vape brands.

With no decay in taste comes a more consistent flavour. An improved consistency of 60% over all competitors.

So the ceramic coil tech of the Gene Tree is a clear indicator of the company’s technological advancement.

Unlike the DragBar Z700 GT, these disposables come as a pack of 2. They come filled with a TPD friendly 2ml of E-liquid and with a salt nicotine strength of 20mg.

At the time of writing it seems there are a choice of 20 flavours to choose from ranging from tropical fruits, beverage, menthol and mint.

No doubt there will be many more on the way.

Ok, it’s time to take the Zovoo DragBar Z700 SE disposables for a vape. I couldn’t locate any flavour descriptions so there’s nothing to influence my palate.

Could be a good thing, could be a bad thing. Whatever the outcome please use my thoughts as a rough guide as to what to expect.

Blueberry Pomegranate

Dragbar Z700 se blueberry pomegranateI Say:

Menthol slams the back of the throat on the very first inhale, cooling the vape instantly.

The vape is quite sweet which certainly interferes with flavour properties. It’s not an acrid taste, rather quite floral and aromatic but combining Menthol with sweetness tends to mask the Blueberry.

The Pomegranate appears mid way through the exhale. It’s not a fruit I particularly like. It has a muskiness I’m not fond of but personal preference can’t get in the way of overall flavour quality.

Flavour quality is good. Ok, there’s more of a sourness to the vape than necessary but there’s no escaping how smooth that exhale is, either.

It’s just not the soft, delicate version of Blueberry I’m used to.

Blueberry Pomegranate isn’t far off the experience you’d expect from a blue slushy style vape.

Blue Razz Ice

Dragbar z700 se blue razz iceI Say:

Sweets for my sweet. Sugar for my honey..

Blue razz Ice contains a chalky sweet quality I’m very familiar with. I actually like that.

It gives the vape a little more texture and depth and that’s quite rare in disposable form.

It’s without a doubt the sweetest out of the bunch and I barely hit auto draw before it emerges – by the vape load.

The good news is it tends to fade on the exhale allowing the Raspberry to seep through, mixing with that chalky texture as it does so.

The icy nature of the vape is once again a mainstay and will remain at peak levels on the throat for quite some time.

Overall you’re really getting what you pay for with Blue Razz ice. It’s not quite the thirst quencher I was hoping for but it will more than cool a heated soul on a hot Summers day.

Green Apple Ice

Dragbar z700 se green apple iceI say:

Based off previous experiences with this flavour profile it’s not as aromatic around the mouthpiece as I was expecting. Is that a good sign or not?

Well it turns out to be a bit of both. Good because the green Apple is lush. Bad because the initial inhales are extremely wet tasting. It felt like E-liquid was escaping into my mouth and the inhale was turbulent and bubbly.

The wetness did eventually subside after around 10 – 12 vapes but for anyone new to vaping? It’s not really going to encourage them if I’m honest.

The icy Menthol had already taken a grip on my lips. A side effect hard to shake off.

Back to my thoughts on fruit replication and Green Apple Ice does an impressive job. I’m very much reminded of a Granny Smiths variety and Zovoo have been careful with the sweeter elements for the exhale.

Of course there’s every chance I’ve received a faulty disposable but it did shake my confidence a little.

So on this occasion I feel I should score Green Apple Ice on performance as much as flavour and vapour production.

Lemon Lime

Dragbar z700 se lemon limeI Say:

This is a classic example of when fruit and Menthol work a treat!

Of course you would always associate Lime as a more beverage based fruit but Lemon is used in other flavour categories to great use.

Here we get the very best of both worlds. I would say that Lime is the more dominant of the two and exposes itself more to the exhale. There’s a nice sharp edge to the citrus qualities of the Lemon during the inhale.

Just prior to exhale, the sweetness pops up pulling together the combination of Lemon and Lime very nicely.

Again, I would suggest the Menthol is somewhat on the cutting side but if you like that icy intensity you’ll love this one.

It works because it harmonises with the sharpness and tanginess on offer throughout the vape.

Lemon Lime has plenty of zing driving it along and the flavour quality is fantastic.

Pineapple Ice

Dragbar z700 se pineapple iceI Say:

Very, very nice indeed!

Now this is a Pineapple dripping with juicy goodness. It gives off a very tropical vibe and is instantly accessible if you like the spiky fruit.

Even if you’re ‘fair to middling’ with it I would suggest giving it a try.

My reasoning for this is that it’s just so damn authentic tasting. Of course as the name suggests there’s Menthol but unlike Triple Menthol doesn’t hinder the overall flavour experience.

In fact it adds to the refreshing qualities of the vape making it a tropical treat for the Summer months.

Zovoo have got those sweet and sour levels pitch perfect with Pineapple Ice.

I dig it and I highly recommend this one.

Triple Melon

Dragbar z700 se triple melonI Say:

There’s quite a strong aroma even before removing the mouthpiece stopper but how does it vape?

Pretty damn good in all honesty. The flavour is quite intense although also very clean and the inhale is smooth as silk.

However, the addition of Menthol isn’t quite as welcoming. It doesn’t take long to sear the back of the throat so that may be worth taking into consideration.

It’s too much of a distraction for my personal tastes but there’s certainly nothing wrong with the Watermelon content. Not too sweet, which I like and quite mouth watering during the exhale.

It carries that natural muskiness of the fruit too which gives the flavour added dimension.

Triple Melon is crammed with flavour and each vape is as consistent as the last.

Battery performance and Number Of Puffs

I have to take into account the number of times I reverted to my familiar very restricted lung style of vaping. It’s just habit. Not really ideal for what is a MTL product, I agree.

By registering those longer inhales I can confidently state the Zovoo DragBar Z700 SE is capable of achieving 700 puffs.

The disposable lasted for exactly 9 hours. During those hours I was also chain vaping on occasion.

If you’re a casual vaper or a newbie carrying over usual smoking habits, expect the device to last a good few days.

However. The 380mAh integrated battery doesn’t outlast 2ml of E-juice, as is now clearly visible. With each sample tested there was enough juice left potentially for another 20 – 30 puffs.

That may or may not be a sticking point. Personally I was au fait with it because at least it avoided the possibility of a nasty dry hit.

Once the battery is spent the blue LED indicator will flash 10 times. That’s it. Where other disposables might alert you again if you try, the DragBar Z700 SE doesn’t.

ZOOVOO DragBar Z700 SE – Final Review Verdict

We get the usual great flavour now expected from the DragBar range of disposable vapes.

Vapour production is good – just what the newer vaper will be familiar with from cigarette smoke. Thin, wispy and easily cleared. Stealth vaping won’t be an issue.

The MTL inhale was pretty much spot on. Restricted enough but also comfortable enough.

I do think the disposable is a bit on the tall side but because it’s a slim Jim will fit in a trouser pocket no problem. It might poke out of a shirt pocket but again at a mere 20g, extremely light weight.

Auto draw was flawless. I never encountered any issues at all. The slightest of inhales is all that’s required and it’s also the sign of a healthy MTL vaping experience.

The Blue activation LED is built within the D of DragBar which I thought was a cool touch.

With the DragBar Z700 SE disposables, Zovoo have continued the great work and the addition of a clear E-liquid viewing mouthpiece is a welcome one.

Today I’m taking a look at the Zovoo DragBar B5000 CE (Cosmic Edition) disposable vape review.

Please note: The product under review is not available in the UK as it doesn’t meet TPD regulations. So only available for readers outside TPD regulated countries.

Disposable packaging image Zovoo Dragbar B5000ZOVOO entered the vape market in 2020 with crystal clear intentions.

‘To create a new world with personality and spirit and to bring a different and great vape experience to global vapers’.

Those intentions were swiftly followed up by entering the third round of PMTA (Premarketing Tobacco Application) the same year.

From inception there’s never been a weak link in the R&D, design, supply and brand operation chain. In fact R&D is being ramped up 2023 so that originality and innovation can be assured to the consumer moving forwards.

Zovoo LogoZOVOO’s commitment has already gained them accolades. In two short years they’ve won 12 awards in the vape industry including Best Disposable Vape runner up here at our 2022 Ecigclick Awards.

Best disposable vapes 2022

The original DragBar B5000 has already scooped up three awards of its own.

With a multitude of disposable vape devices behind them such as the DragBar F600, Z700GT and R6000, 2023 promises to be another eventful year for ZOVOO.

What Can We Expect From the ZOVOO DragBar B5000 CE Disposable Vapes?

The Zovoo DragBar B5000 CE disposables are not available to vapers in the EU or UK. Although ZOVOO have manufactured them in 0mg and 20mg salt nicotine strengths too, the E-liquid volume remains the same as the original DragBar B5000.

Zovoo DragBar B5000 disposable vape hand check imageWith an E-liquid capacity of 13ml the DragBar B5000 CE is rechargeable via Type C USB. A charging cable is not included.

The upgraded mesh coil is powered by an integrated 500mAh battery. As the name reflects, it’s capable of anything up to 5000 puffs.

dragbar b5000 ce coil

With a small pin hole airflow slot built into the base, the DragBar B5000 CE is designed for use as a MTL (Mouth To Lung) vape.

Although the crystal clear mouthpiece is quite wide and comfortable to vape on, the airflow opening is suitably restricted to reflect its intended style of vaping.

Crystal clear mouthpiece of Dragbar B5000 CE disposable vape

The DragBar B5000 CE is extremely lightweight, has ergonomic rounded edges and fits comfortably in the hand. However the glossy finish does make it feel somewhat greasy to the touch.

Palm friendly Dragbar B5000 CE disposableAs you might expect the device uses auto draw activation so no button mashing today!

One of the differences between this and the original DragBar B5000 disposable is the use of colour gradient on the main body. I’d have to say this is a definite improvement and reflects the mix of flavours included.

Colour schemes of the DragBar B5000 CE disposable vapesSo there are 10 new flavours to choose from, including fruits and beverages. None of these are your simple straight forward variety either.

Expect multiple flavours from a single disposable with the new Zovoo DragBar B5000 Cosmic Edition.

Parameters of the Zovoo DragBar CE B5000 disposable vapeOk it’s time to check these out for flavour intensity, replication, vapour production, airflow restriction and of course the battery life and number of puffs.

Because the disposable is brand new I wasn’t able to source any flavour descriptions. So I’ll give the best interpretation I can – but please remember that taste is subjective.

Blueberry Smoothie

DragBar B5000 Blueberry SmoothieI Say:

A very intense flavour. The Blueberry is so strong it pushes fruity boundaries. By this I mean it could almost be mistaken for Raspberry. Such is the insane level of sweetness included.

There are a few milky back notes throughout the exhale and these do provide the vape with some much needed depth. The experience comes close to replicating a thick shake but never quite enough to make me think of a thick, creamy thirst quencher.

Still, this is a highly consistent vape and flavour spills from first inhale to last exhale.

As required from any smoothie, a sensible layering of Koolada has been mixed in. It’s not going to bother the tonsils much – unless you’re a chain vaper.

Like me!

Blueberry Smoothie is a pleasant enough vape and cram packed with flavour. The sweetness could be toned down and the dairy content ramped up a bit but overall it’s quite pleasing on the ole taste buds.

Grape Ice

DragBar B5000 Grape iceI Say:

Grape Ice actually doesn’t contain an excessive level of sweetener and that, at least makes for a pleasant change.

But it is flavour intensive.

There’s a cooling kick to the back of the throat on the inhale and Koolada does its best to keep some of that intensity in check but there’s no denying the artificial qualities of this fruit.

That acrid, sulphuric taste makes an unwelcome return and although not as searing as usual, still not very pleasant.

Having said that – I couldn’t really expect realism if this is the taste most folks are digging from Grape.

It literally is a case of sour Grapes for me. I’m not a fan of the fruit – never have been.

If you are a fan and like the usual Grape concentrate poured into most disposable vapes you’re not going to be let down.

You may even appreciate the dilution of sweetness in Grape Ice.

Root Beer

DragBar B5000 Root BeerI Say:

I’m not very familiar with Root Beer as a vape so what do I make of it?

Well the aroma from the mouthpiece has a very “Antiseptic” vibe so that doesn’t bode particularly well, does it?

And that’s exactly what I’m getting from the exhale, only enhanced as you might expect.

Believe it or not, I’m not entirely averse to the flavour, though. There’s a reason I say that.

The taste of mint is included and seems to push through just before the mid point of exhale. If anything, that adds to the curiosity value of Root Beer.

It also instantly erodes that Antiseptic cream like taste. It’s still going to be one of those ‘love it or hate it’ vapes, though and it all depends on what you appreciate personally.

It’s not too sweet (a good thing) but the Koolada may have you thinking you’ve just sprayed Ralgex onto your tonsils.

Zovoo have tried something a little bit different and I for one am not knocking them for that.

Peach Mango Watermelon

DragBar B5000 Peach Mango WatermelonI Say:

This is a tasty vape.

With Peach Mango watermelon I think the concentrate levels have been toned down so as not to cause flavour confusion.

It all starts with a soothing chill on the inhale with some of the inherent sweetness being dragged along in the process.

Watermelon is the stand out flavour here. It’s fresh and natural tasting. Thankfully it doesn’t interfere with the Peach and actually fuses quite well. This combination almost creates an original taste – something a bit different.

There is a juicier side to the vape too which makes it quite refreshing and mouth watering.

The Mango is more difficult to isolate and is certainly much less powerful than the other two ingredients.

I like this one. It has character and originality. So full kudos to Zovoo for thinking outside the box.

Battery Performance and Number of Puffs

I refrained from using any other vape product while testing. I’m now immune to the effects of 50mg salt nicotine!

The disposables arrive factory charged so there’s no need to reach for a USB cable at this point. I vaped for a total of 11 hours before recharging the device.

The Blue LED on the base will flash 10 times when a charge is due and the device will cease functioning.

The LED remains a solid Blue during the charge cycle and switches off when complete.

This is indeed fast type C charging as it took exactly one hour. Be aware it’s not possible to vape while charging.

So the first wall charge gave me a whacking 17.5 hours continuous use. The second, 15 hours.

The cotton was beginning to taste burnt after a total of 43.5 hours. In other words, all the E-liquid had been vaped.

I personally believe the DragBar B5000 CE harvests approximately 3,200 puffs. If I take into account periods of restricted lung vaping I could round that up to 3,500.

I vape a lot! Sometimes I chain vape. For the new or casual vaper, the device will last for 7-10 days. Not too bad at all.

Final Review Verdict

It’s nice to see a bit of flavour complexity from a disposable vape and in general, ZOVOO have done a decent job. There’s still work to be done but given disposable vapes are going nowhere, I believe multi layered flavours are the way forward.

The Zovoo DragBar B5000 CE disposable vapes are flavour intensive, without doubt. Maybe some of the sweetness has been lowered and the Koolada works to great effect.

Above all, flavour consistency is the key to these disposables.

I was impressed with how each and every vape delivered the goods. The auto draw functionality is flawless but I would say the MTL vape is slightly looser than I was expecting.

In other words, it’s not quite on par with that of a cigarette-like airflow restriction so I’m not sure how a brand new vaper will respond to that.

Personally, it worked a treat. I was able to achieve a restrictive direct lung vape as and when I felt the need. Very useful since the device carries no airflow adjustability.

Finally, vapour production – it mimics cigarette smoke to a tee when MTL vaping so no issues there at all. It’s on par with a basic vape pen when restrictive lung vaping.

So to conclude – ZOVOO continue to deliver what disposable vape users are looking for. A consistent flavour, decent vapour production and just as importantly, a solid, reliable product.

Today I’m taking a look at the brand new Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 disposable vapes.

Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 disposable vape range main pic

Zovoo were founded in 2020. As the Sister company to Voopoo, their goal is to drive the e-cigarette industry with technological innovation. To become a pioneer brand leading the new ecology of atomisation.

.. In other words to deliver high quality disposable vapes on a consistent level.

Zovoo have certainly shown that level of consistency. This year alone we’ve reviewed the Dragbar 600, 600S, F600, R6000 and Z700 GT disposables. You could say they’ve kept us very much on our toes.

Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 banner 1The fact they’ve won a prestigious award for best newcomer in 2022 is telling of their determination, drive and ambition to become market leaders of disposable vaping products.

The VINCIBAR F600 represents further recognition of Voopoo and a nod to their highly popular range of pod kits.

Zovoo’s product leader has recently stated:

‘We are excited to introduce the new Vincibar F600’.

With five flavours on offer today, let’s see if I’m as excited by this latest addition to the popular range of disposables.

More Details!

What Can We Expect From the Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 Disposable Vapes?

Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 hand check picThe good news is that it looks like Zovoo are committed to the UK and EU markets because the VINCIBAR F600 is TPD compliant.

Many of you will know what that means. Restrictions but in a good way. The disposable holds 2ml of E-liquid. It also comes in the usual 20mg salt nicotine strength but also in 9.8mg too.

..That’s what you call being precise!

It’s not stated anywhere but I will assume the juice ratio is 50VG/50PG.

For those weaning themselves off nicotine altogether all ten flavours in the range are available in 0mg. On the subject of flavours, they are a mix of fruits and drinks with a dash of ice thrown in.

We can expect to get anything up to 600 puffs before the integrated 400mAh battery fails.

I’m not sure if the coil is mesh based or a simple round wire design but I do know it has a resistance of 1.5ohm.

Zovoo are using the slogan ‘Hola! Colourful Vincibar’. The gradient colours of the disposables are a reflection of the two flavours found in each so that’s pretty cool.

Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 coloursMeasuring 19.8 x 11.8 x 92.2mm these are among the smallest disposables I’ve reviewed.

They carry a flat design (extending to the mouthpiece) which makes them compact and ideal for slinging in a shirt or trouser pocket.

Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 mouthpiece designZovoo have employed their built in condensate recovery to prevent leakage. I assume they mean from the mouthpiece. I’ve noticed this phenomena with disposables – it tends to happen mid way through use or after extended periods away from the device.

It will be interesting to see how the condensate recovery tech of the VINCIBAR F600 handles those two scenarios.

Slim design of the Zovoo VINCIBAR F600
Being a mere 11.8mm thick, the Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 is very pocket friendly

Right, so there are no flavour descriptions for the five I’ve been sent so bear with me! lol. I’m going in blind folded. Remember – flavour experiences differ from person to person so just use my thoughts as a rough guide as to what to expect.

Vincibar F600 – Blue Razz Lemonade

Vincibar f600 blue razz lemonade

I Say:

The flavour from Blue Razz Lemonade is very subtle. On the inhale I get the Lemonade which is quite well balanced in terms of sweetness.

It also has a natural taste which is appealing. There’s nothing artificial about it – it doesn’t seem to have been tampered with too much.

The Raspberry content joins the Lemonade mid way through the vape and actually combines very well. Although I must say it is more chemical tasting which does take something away from the overall appeal.

The cooling effect of the vape is lingering. Again, that tends to be the case with most disposables right now. It’s something you’re either gonna love or hate.

Generally speaking Blue Razz Lemonade does a decent enough job. I appreciate the balance between sweetness, flavour and consistency.

Vincibar F600 – Blueberry Sour Raspberry

Vincibar f600 blueberry sour raspberryI Say:

This one is more about the sweetness than the actual flavour. That’s the first impression I get with Blueberry Sour Raspberry.

It’s a vape that tends to linger around the palate long after the final exhale. Not intensely, but has a habit of creeping back upon the taste buds.

The sourness to the vape is there but not to any insane, intense level. That’s good because in terms of flavour, I’m not quite getting the full impact I was expecting.

Instead the Raspberry is very subtle and the Blueberry is sorely underplayed, unfortunately.

I would say that the icy cold inhale is very effective. It’s finely balanced and doesn’t impinge on the overall experience. For some reason though, I get more of the flavour after the vape instead of during it.

Vincibar F600 – Grape Ice

Vincibar f600 grape iceI Say:

Grape vapes! Bear with me – I’m not the biggest fan. Let’s see what Zovoo have given me.

It doesn’t bode well if the smell from the mouthpiece is anything to go by.

But I’ve been pleasantly surprised this time!

There is plenty of sweetness to be found but it’s interlaced quite well with the Grape. This time around the fruit isn’t too concentrated although don’t expect anything natural tasting.

We’re getting that same generic grape so often used in disposables.. and elsewhere come to think of it. Because the sweetness is toned down, much of the acrid after taste is muted.

That makes the overall flavour more tolerable. If you’re a fan of Grape and all its idiosyncrasies you’ll feel very much at home vaping this one.

So I’m scoring it on its own merits and obviously not my personal preference.

Vincibar F600 – Kiwi Passionfruit Guava

Vincibar f600 kiwi passionfruit guavaI Say:

As you might imagine, this one creates a very nice tropical blend. I sometimes have a hard time distinguishing Kiwi when mixed with other fruits but it most definitely pulls through with this one.

Its Pineapple like qualities are quite strong with this version of Kiwi. The fragrance and sweetness of Passionfruit run alongside during the exhale.

I’m pleased to say the sweetener is at a more tolerable level and if Guava is in there, it’s represented by the most subtle touch of Pear.

Subtle as in hyper subtle because it’s going up against the strength of the Pineapple.

But I have to return to the beginning of this sampling. In essence, expect a tropically intense vape. One that’s energised by that icy cold blast throughout the exhale.

Kiwi Passionfruit Guava is a sure fire Summer vape hit!

Vincibar F600 – Strawberry Kiwi

Vincibar f600 strawberry kiwiI Say:

This one’s very sweet. It’s the very first thing I notice on both inhale and exhale.

Expect the usual chewy bootlace sweet version of Strawberry. Don’t expect an organic or natural tasting fruit – how rare is that in a disposable?

However, there’s also some decent flavour mixing going on because underneath the power of the sweet Strawberry lies a few tropical under tones. Throughout the course of the exhale they do their best to reduce sweetness levels. Alas they generally fail and that’s a shame – I’d like them to have been more dominant.

I still get a tangy edge to the vape and that does add a little more depth to the vaping experience.

The cooling agent is once again a driving force throughout. Is it a distraction? No I don’t think so in this case. If anything it helps to invigorate and enliven the exhale, bringing a freshness with it.

Battery Performance and Number of Puffs

I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of the VINCIBAR F600. I got 10 hours continuous use which outweighs the majority of other 2ml disposables I’ve used.

So I can safely say that 600 puffs is a realistic figure when it comes to Zovoo’s latest one.

During use I didn’t notice any ‘spit back’ (juice welling up or leaking into the mouthpiece) so the E-liquid condensate mechanism seemed to be doing its job.

Expect a consistent flavour throughout the period of battery charge. The battery will run out before the juice does so no worries about a dry, burnt taste towards the end of its lifespan.

Final Review Verdict

The Grape flavour must have known I’m not a fan. It would periodically continue to fire after I had auto drawn from it! lol Just another one of those dud disposables, relegated to the recycling bin.

Paranoid – much!

So the mouth to lung draw on the VINCIBAR F600 is second to none. I was mightily impressed. The restriction is on par and even the vapour production was above average from the 1.5ohm coil.

The flavour quality was good although I would’ve liked to have seen a bit more complexity. All too often the sweetener takes centre stage and that was a contributing factor with the Zovoo VINCIBAR F600 disposables.

As far as the icy cold blast is concerned. Well it’s really a case of love it or loath it. You’ll either embrace the intensity or turn your nose up at it. It seems like Coolada is synonymous with disposables these days.

It’s a dinky, no nonsense, light weight and highly portable disposable that’ll get the average vaper through the course of the day. If you’re a light vaper you may get two to three days use at a push.

So a good effort from Zovoo – Shame they’ve brought nothing new to the vaping table.

It’s time to take a look at the brand new Zovoo DRAGBAR F600 disposable pod.

Zovoo Dragbar F600 main imageTime clearly doesn’t stand still for the folks over at Zovoo because it wasn’t long ago that we were reviewing the DRAGBAR 600S, Z700 GT and R6000.

The new DRAGBAR F600 gets released the same time as the DRAGBAR F1000 which is essentially the same model but the F1000 has a higher e-liquid capacity.

The DRAGBAR F600 which is under review is a TPD compliant product with 2ml of e-liquid and 3 nicotine strengths to choose from.

Dragbar F600 banner

The DRAGBAR F1000 has been designed for use outside of EU regions as it has 50mg nicotine strength and 4ml e-liquid capacity. We are not reviewing this version.

If this looks familiar it’s because they share the same form factor as the R6000 only smaller. That’s why they’re known as the ‘Mini DRAG’.

They may have shrunk in size but Zovoo claim they carry the same high end quality and fantastic vaping experience. With a cost effective performance.

Traits that have attracted the attention of DRAGBAR enthusiasts globally.

What Can We Expect From the Zovoo DRAGBAR F600 Disposable Pod?

The DRAGBAR F600 adopts a 1.4ohm mesh coil to optimise flavour consistently. An incorporated condensation recovery device ensures that every puff has a fresh and pure taste.

Zovoo Dragbar F600 imageA high quality vaping experience is achieved with an upgraded leak proof design. A pressure balancing structure inside prevents e-liquid from leaking into the mouthpiece.

The embossed leather texture effect of the disposable bares tribute to the Voopoo DRAG series – Voopoo being a sister company to Zovoo. With an ultra compact body, the DRAGBAR F600 brings lightness and convenience.

Something to note: The DRAGBAR F600 is Zovoo’s first 2ml TPD focussed mesh coil product. Great news for all those inside the EU wanting to get their hands on one!

dragbar f600 banner

As the associated numbers suggest it supports anything up to 600 puffs, powered by an integrated 500mAh battery.

What really impresses me are the nicotine strength options. You can pick up the DRAGBAR F600 nicotine free (0 mg) or as a salt nicotine strength of 9.8mg or 20mg.

I think that’s excellent and shows Zovoo’s dedication and understanding of those wishing to reduce their nicotine intake.

Zovoo Dragbar F600 pic 2There are currently 20 flavours in the range to choose from. These are either beverage based or full on fruity vape experiences with a few chilly inhales thrown in for good measure.

dragbar f600 specs

Since the DRAGBAR F600 is brand new there are no flavour descriptions as yet on the official Zovoo website. I’m going in blindfolded. Please remember to use my thoughts and opinions as a rough guide as to what to expect.

Taste, as they quite rightly say is subjective and your experiences may differ.

DRAGBAR F600 – Kiwi Passionfruit Guava

Dragbar F600 Kiwi Passionfruit GuavaI Say:

Wow! That mix! It’s pretty damn good. The fragrance or aroma of Passionfruit kicks in from the first exhale. As the exhale progresses the tart like qualities pump through. I think these give the flavour added richness.

The flavour is very strong too so that will keep the newer vaper entertained, I’m sure.

I tend to confuse Kiwi with Pineapple with these kinds of vapes and as usual it’s very low key. It’s well hidden behind the value of sweetness on offer.

As for Guava? You’re talking to the wrong guy! lol. Unless it’s on its own I tend to vape past it..

The cooling agent is slightly over handled in my opinion and rates 8 on the intensity scale, but it really doesn’t matter. Kiwi Passionfruit Guava is a fine Summer time accompaniment.

It’s got flavour by the vape load and will no doubt be right up the casual vapers street.

DRAGBAR F600 – Grape

Dragbar F600 GrapeI Say:

Highly rich in sweet content, it’s noticeable from the very first inhale. If you’re used to Grape style vapes you’ll be very familiar with the taste of this one. It does have plenty of flavour but on the artificial and synthetic tasting side.

To me, it borders on sickly sweet and slightly pungent on every exhale.

What I will say is that the cooling agent isn’t over powering. With current disposable trends that’s something of a blessing.

I just can’t get passed that artificial taste. Maybe one day a manufacturer will be able to produce a natural, juicy rendition of the popular fruit. Hasn’t happened for me yet with grape based vapes.

DRAGBAR F600 – Sweet Strawberry

Dragbar 600 Sweet StrawberryI Say:

Sweetness isn’t really a factor on the initial inhale and to be honest, I was bracing myself for it.

This is a very odd rendition of the popular red berry. I was expecting the usual chewy bootlace sweet version but that ain’t it..

There’s definitely something stopping the sweetness leaching through on the exhale. It’s very hard to explain. The Strawberry flavour is there but it seems to drift away mid vape.

The icy cold nature of the vape rapidly takes centre stage, nullifying the taste experience.

I don’t think Sweet Strawberry is the finished article. Either that or Zovoo have purposely tried to avoid the sickly artificial taste often associated with Strawberry disposable vapes.

It’s ok but could be improved. I’d like to have vaped a juicier more natural tasting Strawberry. Especially if it’s going to come across as somewhat low key. The sweetener is lacking too.

DRAGBAR F600 – Strawberry Ice

Dragbar F600 Strawberry Ice

I Say:

Plenty of sourness is pulled up into the inhale which quickly combines with the cold punch to the back of the throat.

There’s no mistaking the similarity between this taste and that of an Opal Fruit sweet. It’s a very candy driven affair throughout the entire exhale.

It’s rich in flavour and consistently delivers with every vape. There’s actually more sweetener involved than Sweet Strawberry which I find a little odd.

So the combination of flavour, sweetness and Coolada work to good effect.

DRAGBAR F600 – Sour Apple

Dragbar F600 Sour Apple

I Say:

Another strong aroma when the vacuum sealed bag is ripped open. It kind of gives away what to expect from the vape. Or does it?

This is the weakest taste out of the bunch. There’s more than enough sweetness and sourness but the juicy bite from the Apple itself is sorely lacking.

The flavour properties are very diminished from the very first exhale. It’s more like the experience you’d expect as the battery is approaching the end of its life.

That’s very odd because vapour production is faultless for a MTL vape.

So the fruit lacks crispness, intensity and acidity. Three key aspects that make an Apple vape taste so good in the first place.

Battery Performance and Number of Puffs

The 500mAh integrated battery held out for 7 hours. During this time I was vaping to my usual frequency and estimate that I got 500 plus puffs in. So that’s less than claimed but as with most disposables this may differ depending on vaping styles.

The DRAGBAR F600 is likely to last the new or casual vaper for anything up to two days. That’s not too bad and probably the average for a 2ml capacity disposable.

Final Review Verdict

It’s not quite the mini marvel I was hoping for. That’s because the flavours were so inconsistent across those tested.

It ranged from slightly muted, artificial or odd tasting to providing a good blend with decent flavour in the case of Kiwi Passionfruit Guava. So a very mixed bag overall.

It’s almost as if the most important aspect of disposables has been overlooked in favour of functionality during everyday use. The MTL vape was fantastic, although I could definitely sense the pressure balancing system. It affects the inhale for a very brief moment.

The vapour production was also more than satisfactory.

So the DRAGBAR F600 is OK for flavour among those tested. It’s not up to par with other disposables in the ZOVOO series, in my opinion.

Today I’m taking a gander at the new Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT disposable Vape.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT disposable review range imageI’m starting to get familiar with Voopoo‘s Sister brand now. We’ve already taken a look at the Zovoo Dragbar 600S and the Zovoo Dragbar R6000 disposables. Those two are poles apart in terms of looks and capabilities which demonstrates the extent to which the company is innovating in the field of disposable devices.

Zovoo were established in 2020 with the intention of offering a different and great experience to vapers, globally.

On the strength of the above mentioned disposable vapes I’d say they’re already achieving their goals. Time doesn’t stand still for Zovoo. In June this year they unveiled a new Nano-Tech Ceramic Core technology.

Known as the GENE TREE – Special Edition.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT disposable Gene Tree cardSo if you were wondering what the GT stood for in that title description up there, now you know!

There does indeed seem to be many benefits to the tech and if ever there was a time to discuss them, it’s now..

More Details!

What Can We Expect From The Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT Disposable Vape?

The Zovoo GENE TREE Special Edition tech offers users a powder free ceramic coil at the heart of the disposable. Smaller aerosol particles are produced than standard ceramic resulting in an ultra fine vapour and silky smooth taste.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT disposable powder free vaping cardI’ve a feeling that’s why the Z700 GT is capable of an additional 100 puffs over other disposables with similar battery capacities but we’ll find out soon enough..

What the GENE TREE Special Edition also boasts is a much more consistent vape. The even heat distribution unlocked by smaller particulates means that not only is liquid spitting or popping eradicated but the resulting inhale is much quieter.

That inhale is also much smoother and Zovoo boast up to a 40% improvement to the comfort of the vape.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT disposable no spitting or popping card..I’ll soon be letting you know if I notice any difference between this tech and existing ceramic coil based disposables.

So if ceramic is at the beating heart of the Dragbar Z700 GT disposable, what’s the design and build quality like?

The Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT looks like it’s a TPD exclusive so let’s take a quick look at a few specs before diving in proper.

Specifications

  • Size: 110 x 21.5 x 9mm
  • Weight: 20g
  • Material: PC, PCTG
  • E-liquid capacity: 2ml
  • Battery capacity: 380mAh
  • Nicotine strength: 20mg salt nicotine
  • Activation: Auto Draw
  • Coil: GENE TREE SE ceramic coil
  • Resistance: 1.0ohm – 1.4ohm
  • Puffs: Up to 700 puffs

dragbar z700 gt specsI couldn’t find any flavour descriptions on the official Zovoo website. They all look self explanatory though so here are my thoughts.

Massive thanks to Zovoo for sending these across for the purposes of review – It’s very much appreciated.

Design and Build Quality

Personally? I dig it. This is the style and form factor all disposable vapes should be taking.

Zovoo refer to it as ‘A minimalistic design with clean lines, making it look trendy and sleek’.

Guess what? They’re not wrong.

Handcheck image of Dragbar Z700 GT disposableTake a look at the pics for proof!

At just 9mm in depth they don’t come any thinner than this. There’s absolutely no weight to them either. These two contributing factors mean a hassle free experience when placed in a trouser pocket.

We’re talking the ultimate in portability.

Slimline appearance of Dragbar Z700 GT disposableThe Polycarbonate and PCTG plastic gives the disposable a polished and sleek appearance and there’s an elegant tapering towards the end of the 4.2mm wide mouthpiece.

MTL mouthpiece on Dragbar Z700 GT disposableZovoo have managed to squeeze an air ingress port on the base, measuring 2.2mm. It’s clearly designed for a classic MTL vape. We tell you what the term MTL means in our Guide To Vape Styles.

Airflow intake on Dragbar Z700 GT disposable

I guess Zovoo are so confident of style, appearance and build quality that they don’t feel the need to identify this particular model anywhere.

The GENE TREE tech gets a discreet mention on one side of the disposable with the flavour profile and salt nic strength on the other.

There are a staggering 100 flavours in total to choice from although categories are still limited to fruits, mints and beverages. Some include Coolada if that’s your thang.

Blueberry Pomegranate

Dragbar Z700 GT Blueberry PomegranateI Say:

This is quite a fragrant vape. I’m actually very much reminded of Bubble Gum for some reason. It features, there on the exhale. The Blueberry is very sweet and carries a candy like bite to it.

There’s also a layering of Coolada that I pick up after the inhale and leaves a pleasant cooling effect on the rear of the throat. In no way is it over powering so never interferes with the overall flavour properties.

Blueberry Pomegranate is a very smooth and refreshing vape and it’s packed with flavour that’s for sure. I’ve never really understood Pomegranate as an ingredient and I don’t really sense that it’s featured here.

There’s more to candy than there is to fruit with this one so that’s gonna be reflected in the score line.

It’s still got plenty to offer, though.

Pineapple Lime Soda

Dragbar Z700 GT Pineapple Lime SodaI Say:

I can smell the aroma of Lime from this one once the vacuum sealed bag is opened.

This is a heavenly blending of Pineapple and Lime. Both fruits complement each other exquisitely. The Lime isn’t very intense and the Pineapple contains just the right amount of citrus and sweetness.

The Soda tends to play into the hands of the included Coolada, which again thankfully isn’t in your face. But if there’s anything sparkling it’s in the two fruits. To me, it’s a pitch perfect fusion of tropical fruit without any unnecessary intensity.

Again, this one lives up to the smoothness Zovoo describe. The throat is caressed by Coolada during inhale while the flavour is able to unleash on the way out.

Highly recommended as a refreshing Summer vape. It doesn’t disappoint.

Pink Grapefruit Lemonade

Dragbar Z700 GT Pink Grapefruit LemonadeI Say:

I didn’t get much joy out of this one, I’m afraid. Sadly I only got a few initial mini MTL vapes before the disposable gave out. Not before heating the disposable’s exterior and producing a nasty dry hit..

Pink Grapefruit Lemonade has been omitted from the scoring.

Watermelon Strawberry

Dragbar Z700 GT Watermelon StrawberryI Say:

This is a very nice fusion of Watermelon and Strawberry. The inhale produces just a tickle of Coolada, enough to cool the throat and followed by some rather juicy fruit on the way out.

The sweetness from the Strawberry gets pulled in during the inhale and follows through for the rest of the vape. It’s quite clever how the freshness of the Watermelon is able to seep through too.

The combination of the two fruits keeps the vape interesting. If I had to be more precise, it’s the Strawberry (which tastes quite ripe, not artificial) that dominates the inhale while the Watermelon takes care of the rest of the vaping experience.

That tinge of sweetness is played to perfection. It never coats the lips and doesn’t hang around in the annoying way it can in disposable form.

Watermelon Strawberry is a definite summer pleaser.

Battery Performance and Puff Count

I got five and a half hours use from each functioning disposable. That’s not too bad given the battery capacity. However it only equated to around 400 puffs in total – somewhat short of claims.

Zovoo Dragbar Z700 GT Disposable Vape Final Review Verdict

Flavour quality is generally good. Yes, they are a little ‘back of the box’ but I tend to find that with all ceramic coils. These one’s are no different. The main thing was that I was able to identify individual flavours and I could – hence the scoring.

Although the flavour can appear slightly muted what you will get is consistency from every vape, right up to the point of disposal. The inhale is indeed very quiet as Zovoo state and continual puffs produce a smooth vape.

The MTL experience is generally quite favourable so any new or casual vaper will feel very much at home here. Vapour production mimics exactly what you’d expect from cigarette smoke. Both volume and lingerability (is that a word?) are identical.

However, I can’t end the summary without mentioning a couple of things. I was a bit disappointed that Pink Grapefruit Lemonade fell at the first hurdle which makes me question the integrity of ceramic as a heating medium.

I also can’t be certain it wasn’t just a duff disposable. DOA style.

The disposables became very warm when using. That’s going to set a few alarm bells ringing. I don’t experience this phenomena when vaping traditional round wire builds.

Who knows? The transmission of heat may well be down to its slim build..

Let me end on a lighter note.

Occasionally I found myself vaping from the wrong end of the Z700 GT! Such is the sleek, symmetrical nature of the design and build.

I’m not faulting Zovoo – I’m faulting my aging eyesight!

Today it’s the turn of the Zovoo Dragbar R6000 disposable pod Mod to get the review treatment.

Please note: This product is not available in the UK as it does not meet TPD regulations. So only available for readers outside TPD regulated countries.

Zovoo Dragbar R6000 Pod Mod main picIf the name sounds a little familiar don’t sweat it! Zovoo is the sister brand of highly successful and incredibly popular Voopoo. Voopoo, of course have given us a range of Drag kits not to mention the likes of the Drag X, Drag X Pro and Drag X Plus.

You get the picture – these vaping devices have been a resounding success around the world.

Zovoo are relatively new kids on the block and were established in 2020 over in Shenzhen, China. The following year they had their focus on the development of pod based systems. At the same time they attracted worldwide attention by unveiling the Dragbar series of disposable e-cigarettes.

Here at Ecigclick, we’ve had the chance to test their mantra of providing customers with socially friendly products that satisfy taste, smell and usability. Check out our reviews of the Dragbar 600 and Dragbar 600S disposable e-cigs for our thoughts.

Today we’re going to take a look at a brand new release, the Dragbar R6000. It’s a little bit different. Read on to find out why.

More Details!

What Can We Expect From The Zovoo Dragbar R6000?

It’s the first disposable Pod Mod to hit the vaping market, designed for a Restrictive Direct Lung hit (RDL). There are different styles of vaping we tell you more in our Guide To MTL and DTL Vaping.

It contains 18ml of e-liquid so clearly currently targeted towards non EU zones as the TPD Regulations restrict the capacity to 2ml.

An integrated 1000mAh battery constantly powers the mesh coil to a steady 18W output.

We also get fully adjustable airflow which will appeal to any current users of traditional Pod kits.

There are currently a total of 15 flavours to savour and Zovoo tell us more are on the way.

The Dragbar R6000 emulates the leather like appearance of the Drag series across its Polycarbonate outer shell. In fact it’s ‘a tribute to the Drag series’.

Zovoo Dragbar R6000 disposable pod mod hand check imageZovoo state it’s the perfect alternative to traditional RDL vape devices and will appeal to all cloud chasing lovers.

There’s even an e-liquid pressure balancing structure incorporated below the mouthpiece to prevent leakage or spit back.

Specifications

  • Size: 124.7 x 31.2 x 32.8mm
  • Material: PC, PCTG
  • E-liquid capacity: 18ml
  • Nicotine: 3mg freebase
  • Puffs: Up to 6000 puffs
  • Coil resistance: 0.6ohm mesh coil
  • Battery capacity: 1000mAh
  • Charging: Type C USB
  • Adjustable airflow

First Impressions

It’s tall and it’s quite chunky but incredibly light too. This means it should be quite pocket friendly but not so much if placed in a shirt pocket. The mouthpiece is likely to stick out.

The Dragbar logo runs vertically down the front of the pod Mod and the flavour is printed below.

Dragbar logo on front of Zovoo R6000 disposable pod mod

The sides and back incorporate a leather like pattern but doesn’t provide nearly enough grip in my opinion and certainly doesn’t emulate the imitation leather of the Drag series.

The back panel also displays the classic Drag logo many have come to know and love. It’s etched deeper than the leather pattern so may attract dust or dirt.

Classic Drag logo on Zovoo Dragbar R6000 disposable pod mod

I measured the internal diameter of the moulded mouthpiece and it comes in at around 5.5mm. This will, of course add to the effect of a restrictive direct lung vape.

restricted airflow on mouthpiece of Zovoo Dragbar R6000 disposable pod mod

Finally, on the base we have the single adjustable airflow slot which at its widest point provides a 7.5mm opening. The type C USB charging port can also be found here.

Adjustable irflow and type c usb charging port on Zovoo Dragbar disposable pod modAt this point it’s worth reminding that a type C USB charging cable is not included in the box. The official website also mentions an instruction guide but I never received one.

These are sample models so I’m taking that into account.

You’ll get the device in a vacuum sealed bag with a silicone stopper plugging the mouthpiece and a sticker placed over the USB port for protection.

I’m a bit disappointed there aren’t any flavour descriptions for the four samples I’ve been sent. This means I’m going in blindfolded, so work with me! lol

I also wanted to find out the juice ratio. Again, no luck but I’m guessing it’s likely to be 70VG/30PG. We tell you what this means in our Guide To E-liquid.

Dragbar R6000 – Little Green Man

Little Green ManI Say:

The official website is naming this one ‘Green Voodoo’ so I’m not sure when or why the change to ‘Little Green Man’ came about. I still like the sample name better.

OK, I did say I was going in blindly so here’s my take. Only the faintest trace of Coolada so that makes a refreshing change. If I’m honest, and I always try to be this very much reminds me of those Turkish Delight delicacies.

There even seems to be some Milk Chocolate thrown in there for good measure.

If the background fruits of the image are to be believed, Grape plays a role. It’s not there – I’m not picking it out at all.

There may be a few extremely subtle references to Banana but they only tend to be left on the palate post vape as an after taste.

Forget Strawberries too (if that’s what they’re supposed to be from the image), this vape is very dry and lacks any kind of juicy, fruity sweetness.

For what it’s supposed to represent, Little Green Man fails on quite a few levels.

Dragbar R6000 – Pineapple Grapefruit

Pineapple GrapefruitI Say:

This one fares better than Little Green Man but it’s still not the finished article. Why? Because again the vape tastes somewhat on the dry side, flattening out two usually bright and vibrant tropical fruits.

There is a little sweetness mixed in there and without doubt there’s more of the Pineapple than the Grapefruit. Low levels of Coolada enter the throat during the inhale, merely tickling but that’s fine by me. It’s not the usual overkill. You won’t suffer brain freeze.

It’s not a particularly effective blending of flavours although they do adhere to the palate for a short while post vape.

Pineapple Grapefruit lacks the juicy, crisp and refreshing qualities I’ve come to expect from this Summer inspired profile.

So although the two fruits are there, I think they could have been enhanced. Maybe a little more sweetness (on this rare occasion) would’ve helped things along.

Dragbar R6000 – Rainbow Bear

Rainbow BearI Say:

Traditionally it seems a Rainbow Gummy bear is made up of Grapefruit, Apricot, Pineapple, Apple and Blueberry. Since I’ve nothing to work on other than the graphic what did I experience?

Well, well, well. This one’s interesting. I’m greeted by a gentle, cooling caress of the throat on the initial inhale. On the way out there is without doubt a sweetie, gummy like texture that permeates a copious amount of cloud production.

There’s definitely a candy edge pulsing through the vape too and the initial fruit I pick out is actually Orange! Mid vape some Raspberry back notes appear and provide additional sweetness to the taste buds.

This is a tropical mix of flavours and the Grapefruit (sorely underplayed with Pineapple Grapefruit) washes over the top of the other key ingredients.

What makes Rainbow Bear stand out is the careful balancing of sweetness. It’s pitched perfectly. Neither does the Coolada interfere with the overall experience, merely adding to the overall freshness of the vape.

I’m loving the gummy, candy complexity of this one and to me at least, is a sure fire Summer vape delight.

Dragbar R6000 – Pineapple Coconut Rum

Pineapple Coconut RumI Say:

Yup! This one works. From the very first exhale I’m picking out the included trio of flavours. In each case they’re still quite subtle but the blending is well on par, in my opinion.

Don’t get too excited about the Rum by the way. As has been pointed out on many occasions, there’s no alcoholic content to be found within this e-juice. We do get a pretty good representation of the beverage though.

That’s backed up by a sensible layering of Coolada designed to soothe the back of the throat.

The Rum acts more as a lacing to the Grapefruit and Coconut and blends in seamlessly.

The Grapefruit is clean and tasty although once again somewhat lacking in bitterness or bite. That does mean the Coconut content is able to present its sweet, nutty tones during the exhale.

Those tones linger on the palate post vape, rounding off what is another great tropical and seasonal vape. Everything comes together to offer a very natural, organic tasting vape.

How Long Does The ZOVOO Dragbar R6000 Last? How Many Puffs?

I managed six hours from a single charge. During this time I puffed in the region of 430 times. If, as I suspected I’d vaped around 3ml of e-liquid and my maths are correct this would mean a total of 2,580 puffs over a further 5 charges.

That’s less than half the number of puffs Zovoo are claiming. It also equates to 36 hours of continuous vaping before the e-juice runs out.

Type C charging was pretty poor. It took 2 hours to bring the pod mod back to life, double the time it would usually take.

Final Review Verdict

While I understand these pod Mods need to be bigger to house 18ml of e-juice, I still think they’re a little on the chunky side. The fact they’re incredibly light just makes them more of an oddity and the leather like surface injected pattern doesn’t really provide enough grip but that is just my opinion.

There’s no doubting the Dragbar R6000 offers a restrictive direct lung vape even with the adjustable airflow set wide open. I preferred it set about mid way because it pulled more flavour out. It also helped to enhance the cooling abilities of the vape.

Don’t close the airflow off further than two thirds because you’ll find yourself straining neck muscles! It is possible to mouth to lung (MTL) vape but flavour suffers and it feels an unnatural restriction.

I always test these things but it proves the Dragbar R6000 is only designed for that restrictive direct lung vape.

I have to take my hat off to Zovoo for giving flavours that are a bit off the beaten vape track. These are more complex than your average disposable e-cig so the distinction between the two has been well and truly set.

The auto draw worked flawlessly. I tested this by pulling very light tugs with the airflow wide open. No problems at all. A small blue LED on the base illuminates while you inhale.

Who’s The Zovoo Dragbar R6000 Disposable Pod Mod Designed For?

Direct lung capabilities obviously rule out the new vaper. A 3mg nicotine strength won’t appease those cravings either. At a time where disposables are slim and compact, the Dragbar R6000 looks to be aimed at those more familiar with larger pod kits or sub ohm devices.

Towards an intermediate vaper that’s managed to reduce nicotine levels over a period of time. A seasoned sub ohm vaper would fit the bill because cloud production mimics those devices too.

Personally, I dig this kind of airflow restriction and nicotine content. But it took me a few years to find my vaping style. So yeah, it’s good for an established vaper looking for a convenient vape away from the hassle of having to change coils or replace cotton.

For those vapers, the Dragbar R6000 is more than a viable option.

In for review today is the ZOVOO DragBar 600S Disposable E-Cig range.

Zoovoo DragBar 600S rangeOnly a few months back I took a look at the ZOVOO DragBar 600. I described the performance as faultless, offering strong and concentrated flavours.

Now ZOVOO have returned with an upgrade that looks aimed towards trendy, flashy party goers. We’ll find out why shortly.

It’s been a busy year so far for ZOVOO. Not long after launching they were highly praised for their efforts within the industry. Very recently they went one step further by winning the ‘best newcomer’ category at the Vapouround awards.

dragbar 600s banner

This was achieved by showing innovation, an upgraded atomisation technology as well as good brand reputation.

Talk about hitting the ground running! Or vaping, in this case..

That’s also demonstrated by the number of DragBar versions already out there. So let’s take a look at this latest one.

What Can We Expect From The ZOVOO DragBar 600S?

When auto drawing on the DragBar 600S the bottom half emits six colourful, flashing rhythmic lights. For once I’m lost for words..

Here is an introduction video from the ZOVOO YouTube channel showing the lights in action!

This is why ZOVOO describe the disposable as a ‘party must have’. Hopefully the kitchen won’t be out of bounds, either! lol

On the underside there’s a series of five airflow holes in the shape of a flower. These are designed to provide a more comfortable inhale as well as balancing the flavour.

Zoovoo DragBar 600S flower shaped airflow structure on undersideZOVOO have incorporated the Gene technology developed by parent company, ICCPP (Voopoo) to prevent leakage and ensure flavour consistency.

The Poly Carbon (PC) mouthpiece is contoured to provide additional comfort when vaping and has an opening of around 5mm for that MTL vape.

Zoovoo DragBar 600S moulded mouthpieceThere’s a total of 20 flavours to choose from in the range from drinks, tobacco, fruits and menthol. There should be something there to cater for most vapers needs.

The ZOVOO DragBar 600S is available in single pack form, vacuum sealed and with a user manual. It can also be obtained in a multi pack of ten. The disposable is catering for the TPD market although curiously there’s mention of a 50mg version on the official site.

DragBar 600S – Banana Ice

DragBar 600S Banana IceZOVOO Says:

Capturing deliciously creamy notes of Banana that provides a sweet and satisfying taste paired with ice to create a refreshing icy exhale.

I Say:

The icy inhale with Banana Ice isn’t too strong but it does have a nice cold effect on the back of the throat. It’s balanced quite nicely to give the effect of drinking a cold Banana milkshake.

The Banana itself has a nice fresh, ripe appeal and persists throughout the entire exhale. There are quite a few sour notes but they’re underscored by a sensible level of sweetness.

That sweetness tickles the tongue and taste buds to keep the vape uplifting and lively.

As the description suggests, there is a creamy texture to the fruit, almost milky and that’s why Banana ice comes across as those popular drinks.

It’s a very smooth vape, too. This one is packed with flavour and a few delicate sub notes to boot.

A very appealing beverage profile for those long hot summer months.

DragBar 600S – Grape Ice

DragBar 600S Grape IceZOVOO Says:

Capturing deliciously juicy notes of white Grapes that provides a sweet and delightful taste paired with ice to create a refreshing icy yet fruity exhale.

I Say:

A fragrant, floral aroma drifts from the mouthpiece once the sealed bag is torn open.

..but that’s about it. I clearly received a duff disposable. For this reason Grape Ice can’t be included in the overall score.

DragBar 600S – Lush Ice

DragBar 600S Lush IceZOVOO Says:

Capturing deliciously juicy notes of Watermelons that provides a sweet and satisfying taste paired with ice to create a refreshing icy exhale.

I Say:

A sharp icy blast caught the rear of the throat during inhale, throwing me off guard for the first few vapes. It didn’t take long to acclimatise thanks to significant levels of sweetness following it on the way out.

The Watermelon is richer in tone than others I’ve tasted in disposable form. The flavour is more condensed and concentrated. This helps to make it a little different. I’ve tried the Jubilee variety of Watermelon and it’s similar in taste.

It has an earthy quality with just a touch of sourness attached.

However, it’s easy to get hung up by the extreme level of sweetness. It sits on the tongue together with an unwanted wet taste that refuses to budge.

Personally I would have preferred less sweetness and more Watermelon because the fruit content is extremely flavoursome and quite realistic.

DragBar 600S – Menthol

DragBar 600S MentholZOVOO Says:

Capturing crisp menthol notes with minty highlights that provide a cool satisfying taste with an icy kick on the exhale to create a refreshing all day vape.

I Say:

Menthol Ice is quite clever. The Menthol comes across as being separate from the rest of the flavour on offer.

It seems to carve its own niche during the exhale, running alongside what appears to be a fresh mint in the back ground. The cooling effect takes time to build on the inhale and the longer you take, the more effective the icy blast is on the way out.

Yes, it will cut into the throat and that’s to be expected but some may not like the way it has a burning effect. That could make Menthol Ice a little off putting.

The dual vape effect created certainly held my attention and the delicate fresh mint notes kept the exhale very refreshing.

I think Menthol Ice has been put together very well indeed. If you’re after a summer cooler or even a palate cleanser, it’s definitely one to consider.

DragBar 600S – Peach Ice

DragBar 600S Peach IceZOVOO Says:

Capturing delicate juicy notes of Peach that provides a sweet and delightful taste paired with ice to create a refreshing icy yet fruity exhale.

I Say:

Peach Ice definitely has its fair share of floral notes. There’s still an abundance of sweetener here but thankfully doesn’t seem to be jostling for attention above the fruit.

In turn this creates a much more balanced flavour. I was expecting Peach Ice to be generic tasting. I’ve been pleasantly surprised! That’s not to say it wins any award for complexities.

It just tastes very good.

It lacks the acidity associated with Peach yet still comes across as ripe and juicy. Bitter qualities are absent but a few sour back notes float around during the exhale.

Does the cooling inhale contribute? Pah! I think it could’ve been toned down but once again it’s likely to appeal if you’re into icy cold vapes.

What it comes down to is the end product, the flavour description. It certainly lives up to that.

Combined with an authentic tasting fruit it does what it says on the package.

ZOVOO DragBar 600S Disposable E-Cig – Final Review Verdict

I got a very smooth and effective MTL vape from the range. The restriction must’ve been set well because at no time was I tempted to restrictive DL from the disposables.

Flavour quality was very good and relatively authentic to the fruits included. The cooling properties never overwhelmed the vape experience but at times the level of sweetness was higher than I’d have liked.

Vapour production was fine. It’s what you’d expect from a disposable e-cig running a 500mAh battery although I did expect more from the flower shaped airflow structure.

In my estimation the battery actually over performed. When based on the knowledge I vape around 100 puffs an hour, a total of 7.5 hrs from the ZOVOO DragBar 600S represents very good value.

On to those flashy lights. They’re not really for me but I guess they’ll have their appeal to a younger, outgoing audience. I found them a distraction and was constantly in the belief the battery was failing. Many vape kits flash in a similar way, after all.

When the battery fully depletes, those lights simply fail to function. Around five minutes before this vapour production begins to wane.

I can’t say there was much degradation of flavour though. It held up well to the very last puff.

The ZOVOO DragBar 600S continues where the 600 left off. It hasn’t improved on what are already great flavours but it’ll certainly get you into a few more parties!

So it’s really no surprise to learn the DragBar is the brainchild of yet another manufacturing heavy weight…Voopoo.

Zovoo are the team assigned to deliver the goods.

Zovoo DragBar 600 hand check three flavours imageZovoo are a force in their own right. Their founding team has 10 years of proven experience in the field of heating materials and air channel structure design.

Ultimately they adhere to five criteria for great flavour. Cloud volume, airflow resistance, temperature, sensitivity and stability.

I reckon we can take a closer look at this criteria with the Zovoo DragBar 600 review.

What Can We Expect From the Zovoo DragBar 600 Disposable E-Cigarette?

Shenzhen based Zovoo are dedicated to the production of disposable E-cigs. There’s nothing additional within their portfolio and there doesn’t need to be.

Their DragBar range allows the user anything between 600 – 4000 puffs, 2 – 11ml juice capacity and a battery capacity of between 400 – 630mAh.

Our humble DragBar 600 may be at the bottom of the specs list but it is TPD compliant and should be as flavoursome as it’s more powerful relatives.

All come pre-loaded with 20mg nic salt with 10 flavours to choose from. Peach Ice, OMG, Mango Ice, Tobacco, Green Apple Ice, Strawberry Ice, Lush Ice, Grape Ice, Menthol and Banana Ice.

Zovoo DragBar 600 – Lush Ice

Zovoo DragBar 600 Lush Ice imageZovoo Says:

“A mouth watering flavour of juicy watermelon and a cold twist of ice menthol”.

Zovoo DragBar 600 – Mango Ice

Zovoo DragBar 600 Mango ice imageZovoo Says:

“The exotic flavour of mango combined with a cooling ice menthol edge”.

I Say:

There it is again! Another super sweet vape. The cooling blast on the inhale helps to lift the fruit which is very tangy and bright.

As with Lush Ice the fruit remains at the heart of the vape.

It could and should have been milder tasting but the sweetness of the mango feels overloaded and isn’t necessary, in my opinion.

It still retains a refreshing appeal and it’s certainly a succulent vape but unfortunately the sweetness sticks in and around the chops far too long.

If sweetness is your weakness and you like the fruit, Mango Ice may be one to take away on your Summer holiday.

..I’ll probably just take a deck chair instead.

Zovoo DragBar 600 – Peach Ice

Zovoo DragBar 600 Peach Ice imageZovoo Says:

“Containing the unmistakable flavour of ripe peach combined with ice cool menthol”.

What it comes down to is the end product, the flavour description. It certainly lives up to that.

That’s why Peach Ice takes top place. Combined with an authentic tasting fruit it does what it says on the juice bottle.

Zovoo DragBar 600 – Final Review Verdict

Flavour

Let me cut to the chase. I feel too much sweetener has been applied to these vapes. With three inherently sweet fruits, why the need to add more?

All three of them work well with the cooling agent.

Coolada in whatever form does have the ability to harmonise and add extra appeal to single flavour recipes but there still need to be limitations.

I’m not one for a biting cold blast that constantly grips my throat or refuses to budge for minutes at a time.

The bigger picture will tell a different story. I’ve mentioned it a few times. I class these three as seasonal vapes – designed for those long, hot Summer days.

They all have the word ‘ice’ in the title and that’s exactly what you’ll get.

There’s inevitably going to be a big fan base for the DragBar disposables.

Performance

The disposables were faultless. Every vape was as flavoursome and consistent as the last. Each DragBar lasted for around eight hours before flavour and vapour production suffered.

Shortly after, the four blue LEDs mounted on the base flashed five times and the disposable ceased working.

Zovoo DragBar 600 MTL airflow on base of disposableAuto draw is super sensitive. I never witnessed a false pull and vapour production was never intrusive to others. In fact I never drew attention even when standing in a group.

The moulded mouthpiece is very ergonomically designed and feels second nature when vaping.

The disposables provide a comfortable mouth to lung experience. The inhale is very smooth and quiet – as to be expected from a low powered device.

Usually if a MTL vape is too loose I revert to a restrictive lung hit. I never felt the need so airflow restriction was good.

They weigh very little making them ideal for slipping into a shirt pocket. They’re also very easy to conceal in the hand for that discretional vape or four.

The Zovoo DragBar scores a straight ten for functionality and reliability.
